I have an old soft bait that my boss and I made 30+ years ago. I carved a body from balsa wood then made a mold out of bondo. It was a slow tedious process to make these, but they really caught the crappie.
Here is a pic of the last one I have on a 1/16 jighead.
Is is it going to be possible to reproduce these at a. Reasonable cost?

This, I do all the time. I have all kinds of molds around.
Need better pics to know if it needs 1 or 2- piece mold. With only one in the world, I would first make a small, single cavity mold.
It's slow, making small lures one at a time, so I would make a dozen lures, and then use them to make a production mold. True, you must make two molds, but the production is well worth it!
I can teach you to do this yourself, or do it for you, if you would rather.
Email or PM me, if you wish.
