"Those Clear Bait turn out Really Sweet."

I've made a few attempts, that just displeased me as to their outcome.
hand poured the belly, put some color on a tooth pick to draw a line and shot the rest,
only to have the whole thing separate with no bleed and the color line still being wet at the separation.
(Go Figure) ?
