Yeah, you'll get there one of these days. We were owners of a rent house when the wife and I decided to tie the knot. NEVER AGAIN! The extra income was good but the hassle was just that. Ended up selling the place and decided we weren't landlord material. As for the grass on the other side: you can cut down your mowing and increase your fishin if you don't fertilize! Lol
