    I got this bass mold from Do-It a couple weeks ago and figured it wold make a cool crappie killer. I call it the crappie club

    Thanks guys, I reckon they are about 2 inches but can be made any length. Ive only put em in a tub of water and they have a ton of action. I bet they will glide nicely. Unfortunately you can walk on all our water right now so it will be a while before I can field trail em

    I think Mo shot a half-bait using a lamination plate. When he removed the plate and made sure the bottom halves were in the mold right he used a toothpick or skewer to place a small drop of chartreuse and fluorescent pink raw colorant on the flats created by the plate and then shot his clear plastic into the mold. The drops of colorant get "pulled out" when the hot top plastic goes in giving the effect seen.
