Use 2.5 in and 3 in grubs for swim baits, Jim Canada's Custom Hand tied crappie jigs. Precision Lures 2 in salty tubes (Bass Pro),midsouth,southern Pro 2 in crappie tubes,crappie magnet's Double cross jigheads,Crappie Magnets.
Well Bob I tie my own jigs . Use swim baits 50% of the time in combination with beetle spins . If I buy plastics its from you or Ron don somebody that has molds I don't . I make almost everything and I buy no name brand lures . I only buy lures from forum friends . That means all my money goes back into U.S. economy to some degree .
I didn't know that you use Beetle spins is I have two different sizes of molds for them me and Rondon appreciate your support we been looking at fishing reports in Toledo Bend I guess the crappie fishing has been fair there I will be visiting there this August be looking at property there stop by and see Skip.

I used to purchase slab busters , they are similar to a slab bandit. The last commercial brand I purchased was strike kings " The joker". Since Ive started to pour my own I haven't bought any.
