    Default Lost my mind.

Got out in the shop . The fever took me over . Since I haven't posted in a while I thought I'd just post a pic of what I have been up to . Did a total of about a thousand of these baits combined count . Darn the luck ,the wife drug me out said I'd been in there 10 hrs. Sure didn't seem like it .Name: 2011 plastics.jpg

Well the God's honest truth is . To make any money in fishing tackle of any kind would take some savey business experience . Snake can tell you how much real time goes into it not to mention the investment . You can save a little money on baits if you plan on using your most favorite lure for years from now cause thats about how long it will take to re-coop the initial investment of a minimum of about 300 dollars . Now I might have thrown a little bit of a wide loop on the investment figure one way or another but you should know what you are in for . To make a profit up front from sales means you have enough money that tackle making would be for the love of it with no worries about weathering the up and down storms of the next hot lure .Do it for the art , the love of it and the shear excitement of bringing in fish on your own stuff. Hang the profit line and have the blast of your life .

Nice baits It's easy to spend hours on something you enjoy making. 10 hours is getting lost in your work.LOL.

investment can get quite expensive we Well over 100 different molds I don't know how many I actually have but I know it's over 100 that is because I am addicted to buying molds can we do have a lot of custom stuff done so take it easy it will be easier on your pocketbook .

I have a few molds myself snake . The little craw is a pretty darn good bait . Panfish seem to take to it spring to fall . But they will have to buy them from you cause I never know if I'm going to get shop time . When I do I could be in the man cave for days . I think I could stay in there night and day . Sooo many things to experiment on . I'm one sick puppy . LOL

What a way to lose your mind. I do good to do two hours in a week since I just make what I lose of.give away in the week. I have a very.busy schedule but the hobby....is fun for me. I can never find what I want at Walmart so Snake River got me hooked into making my own.

but I bet you are very happy making the plastic baits now now you have to fight the urge of not ordering more molds you might have to sneak out of the house to do that I tell my wife I'm ordering flowers for the garden in till UPS comes she said that does not look like flowers I wonder if they have a mold for making rubber flowersRofl.
