I think you did great! Your temp on the laminate was to low. I never use a thermometer because I want my Plastic at different temps for different things. I find I shoot a perfect laminate your plastic needs to be HOT like hot maple syrup. Hold pressure not a lot but some but the 1 key to a perfect laminate is leave half the runner on the mold. This is where the divider plate is key. If you leave half the runner then it keeps the HOT plastic from getting under your first color. You can use all the worm oil you want and still shoot perfect if your plastic is HOT. I always use oil on my laminates because I might have a few hundred base colors and they are ALOT easier to put back in the mold when the are slicked up a bit.
