ok folks. Bear with me. I know I am new at all this stuff, and half of you will probably laugh at this post and say DUH! What took you so long to figure that out.........well its because no one told me! I had to figure it out by trial and error.
My first attempts at a paddle tail swim bait were to say the least a bit bulky. They were downright fat! I found out that it was hard for the fish to get to the metal of the hook. I went back to the drawing table today and put those baits on a diet.
What I have now is a bait that is pretty translucent and lifelike in the water and the tail action is four times better than the first attempts. I use 50% less plastic per bait so there is a better chance the fish will feel metal when they bite it.....GOTCHA! They will be in the frying pan soon.
THESE WERE THE FAT ONES..........
THESE ARE THE SLIM BAITS..Look at the BOTTOM TWO and compare it with the fat one above it.
Hey I am at least trying. I welcome your comments .
