    Default two color injector

Well after seeing all the killer work Baitman has been doing with 2 colors, I built a injector to try my hand at this thing. I shot a few baits for the upcoming ice season. Purple/bubblegum. I Have a lot to learn about shooting two colors. The colors change so much when you put them together it is driving me crazy trying to get the shade I want. I will get it soon. I hope.

Very cool! Yes Lams take a lot more color to get the desired effect.

Pretty cool, is it very expensive to get started? Your home made injector sure looks professional to me.

What do you guys do with the runners from the molds with the 2 colors? Seems like a lot of waste to throw them away. I know someone will say make black, but I do that with colors that I dont like or there is only a little bit of. I've got lots of black! Just wondering.

runners are trash, it seems like a big waste but thats how it is. nice set up you made.Is the blending block separate. The color change can be very dramatic at times but you will come up with some that you really like that you cant do any other way.

you could easily spend 300 before you make your first bait and that would be one mold. after that molds are 50-200 in most cases, injector 50-150. plastic atlaeast another 50. you could buy less but your going to go through the first gallon real fast. then you need coloring and glitter at about 4 bucks a pop for the small bottles.

those are beautiful looking baits in the picture don't worry you'll get the hang of the duel injector I see that you have the top-of-the-line one we currently do not use a duel injector we reverse my molds and shoot half turning back around and shoot the second half it may take a little bit longer but I have plenty of time sometimes we would truly love to get one sooner or later from Kevin.

Thanks Snake. I used to do my lams like that, but I had some trouble with them coming apart when I put the hooks in them!
