me and the wife have a little discussion about our hobbies she loves to buy products I'll put it that way so I told her if you can buy stuff so can I we both get a chuckle out of this she knows how much my hobby means to me that's why I love her so much so Mike if your wife really loves you she will let you have one mold course that leads to more molds maybe you'll have to buy her a dozen roses that will kind of break the ice I wouldn't try to get you in trouble MikeRofl.

Thank you. This old dog is trying to learn a new trick. Can I melt aquarium tubing in the microwave and use it on soft plastics? Just wondering before I screw up.

I see ya finally got sucked in to it!!!!! I've been able to resist the temptation - mainly because the wife would kill me, and I already have enough hobbies LOL.

I just dipped my toe in the water. Thank God I had enough sense to ask about aquarium tubing before I blew the house up. Sometimes trying to be creative might just get you killed. Do like I did folks. When you to not know something then seek advice from those who have been there and done that.

Then, after getting sound advice, the key is to heed the advice. Too many folks will not listen to good advice because they are so unleaded. I was born at night but it wasn't last night. I did not get to be 66, old and bald by being stupid. It is not dumb to ask a question. Folks, IMHO, it is stupid NOT to ask for advice.

I will try and work with the plastics again Friday Fatman. That first day and attempting it was a true learning experience.

ship, everyone has to start somewhere, and yours look fine. i hate to hear you got burned. I got burned really bad from it a little over a year ago. It left some nasty places on my hands for a couple weeks. It could have been much worse. I had gloves on but took them off thinking the plastic was cool and it ran out of the injector on my hand. Be careful and enjoy the fun my friend.

Got me some welding gloves to handle the hot dipping cup. Don't think I am anywhere close to even thinking about attempting injecting plastic. Still learning the eye trick. Hope to post photos of what I have been up to by Wednesday.

Bob, thank you again. Looking forward to getting my hands on some real clear plastic instead of trying to melt down old lures. I appreciate being on your team.
