After ESPN bought BASS the magazine really went downhill. Cancelled my membership and let it go. After my nephew went to Afganistan I took all 15+ years of them took my address lables off and gave them to the Guard unit to distribute to the guys over there. Wasn't the same as flinging baits but at least they had them.
Hopefully now that Jerry McKinnis and this group bought BASS from ESPN hopefully it'll get better but their gonna have a lot of work to do.
i was a member of BASS.but its all about tourneys,and i don't really care for tourneys,and im not soley a bass fisherman.i go for panfish and bass.i hate when there are tourneys at the tiny lake me n my dad go to a lot when we are out fishing.too many people fishing over top one another,too many people period!i would love a tv show/magazine dedicated to fly fishing for panfish,and for just regular panfishing.wish they had midwest crappie program on our outdoor channel here.
