yes they probably would look better if you cut the head off with the jig head . But this is totally up to the people that they go to I have been fishing it with a long shank with the full plastic bait yes I do not cut anything off but this would be totally up to you if you did cut the head off yes you could you shorter shank jig hooks.

thanks I will deftly tell him. The plastic baits are definitely a fish catcher . Of course I knew that when I had the molds made up same thing is a twister but maybe a little fancier body style.
