Messing with the glue is pretty simple we used a bottle of guerrilla superglue which has a nice tip on the bottle. The bottle is soft plastic so you can squeeze just what you want it goes Purdy fast for me if you look at the head of that jig in the picture you'll notice the superglue behind the head to the plastic. It locks everything in place. They are virtually indestructible. Except for the fish pulling the further support if you have them that long I usually lose them before I catch too many fish the area where I fish is full of rocks and also brush. We lose on the average every time I go out close to 25 to 50 jigs we think nothing of losing them part of the game of fishing for crappie.Quote:

So I like things I can pull off the head and switch. The feather baits make that a hard process without pulling the feathers out or pulling them back up through the bait. That is why I would like a little long bait and only have a small portion of them stem bonded into the ottom part of tha bait so that I can quick change.
