iPhone Pictures

How do I go about posting pictures on here using my iPhone. I really didn’t think I was that un tech savvy Went to post a picture in one of the contest forums and I can’t seem to find where there is the option to access my phones pictures?

If you go into the cdc app, open up and go to that thread, at bottom of page should be write a reply, hit that. It should put a courser in it and out to the side will be a + sign, hit that it will pull up a page to write a reply, at the bottom you will see a paper clip, hit that and it should pull up your pictures. Then just pick the picture you want. Sounds harder than it is.
