    Default Upper Chester River report


    Got some nice catfish bluegill and crappie over the weekend in what was some very casual fishing.Used basic crappie jigs tipped with some rubber.Best part was a friends 9 year old grandson was down and he caught his first fish.He was a really good kid who couldn't get enough fishing in after that.Tried to get his 48 year old aunt her first fish also but she preferred holding a vodka and seltzer water rather than a reel.

    Thanks for the report. It is always awesome putting kids on their first fish. I have been fishing the salt lately but will get back to crappie soon.
