nearest place to springfield mo to cut bamboo

Was wondering if anyone knew where we could go and harvest some wid bamboo. See all this talk about wild bamboo.

Do you guys got a zoo in Springfeild (been a while since I drove thru there)? They might have soem there, the zoo here in Little Rock, cuts down a bunch several times a year.

Might look at some of the ditch banks running thru town also, they used it some for bank stabilization back when they didn't know how fast it would spread.
