It is plastic pipe. You see it usually on the side of the road on a roll. Find where someone is doing utility construction and they will normally give you the last little bit that is on the roll. My dad is a fiber optic contractor with a yard in Plano, Tx . He has a mountian of scraps left over from over the years. It is real easy to work with, but not quite as ridgid as pvc. It will flex nicely. Thanks for your comment.
