    Default Life span of stake pallets


    I'm new to crappie fishing and am interested in putting out several stake pallets.

    If a person is only able to find soft wood pallets, what would the life span be if they are used for crappie stucture. Would they last at least one year or possibly longer.

    Not being exposed to sunlight and air....They should last several years...
    Would think hardwood will last longer.... such as oak....
