Question Here's my first PVC Crappie Condo!!!

Well guys...I offer up my creation for your critiques and criticsms. Did I use enough pipe. The pipe is 1/2 inch. I used 18 qt. dishpans like you guys suggested. There are eight pipes in this one here.

Blaze, my Springer Spaniel tried, to get in on the action. He justs wants to get back in the boat so anything I do that can help with that is okay with him.

Pop it out of the disk pan and make more. I like to use 5 or more on each spot. Keep building.

Gas main pipe. Ask around at your local utilities, they throw away alot of scrap pipe each year. Just ask, they might let you have it.

It looks flexible. Is that what I ask for...gas main pipe?

    Thanks,

You let the concrete set up for a couple of days then you pop it off and reuse the dishpan. I "think" you can do it anyway you want but putting a little soace in between them sounds like the way to go. Some of these experts will be able to answer that better than I can.

After the concrete sets up you can pop them out of the pans. No need for any oil. The ones we make with 9 pipe 2 ft. long. They don`t look it but they cover 9 sq. ft.
We use 5 at each location and form a H pattern. That is 45 sq. ft. of structure in each location. The gas pipe is not flexable. Look around at your local utilities (water, gas, electrical) they have alot of scrap pipe. Someone has to take it to the dump. Why not us????
