Hello fisherpersons! Algea doesn't grow on pvc quickly because it is slick and the algea has trouble getting a toe hold. If you take some course grit sand paper to it and rough it up good, the algea will attach to it more quickly. Also, add one or two limbs to it to help it get "rented" more quickly.
