I've got access to a little 1 1/2 acre pond that my church owns that I've been fishing for the past several years. I went over to it a couple of weeks ago and for the first time it is really green and slimy. I was wondering what I would need to do to clear out the moss of this pond. What chemicals could be used or is there a natural method for killing off the moss on it? I really like to fish there and my grandkids do too but as it is now, the moss is just too thick to deal with and it looks like it's getting worse by the day. It's also about 10 minutes from my house which is another plus to it but I can't fish it the way it is now. Anybody got any suggestions? I've attached a picture to give you an idea of what I'm talking about...
