Default New to me fish fry

Just got up from the table eating some I caught yesterday and we used a fry we picked up in Houston on a visit to my sister-in-law. Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs Panko and this stuff is good. Looks like potato chips to me but none on the ingredient list just bleached wheat flour, dextrose, soybean & palm oil, yeast and salt. Very crispy, I like it.

You are right SteveJ, they are great. Only thing I have found is they brown very fast, somtimes too fast.

While we normally cook outside with a gas cooker Carol use a Fry Daddy with those and they did not get too brown, just right.

Panko is the BOMB!!! Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and couldn't believe what I had been missing. Probably won't go back to cornmeal after trying. Fed around 10 last night and they said the same.
