    Default Crappie Bake

I just drug out the dishes and this was just what came to mind. It turned out far better than I anticipated if I may say so myself. I melted 1/2 stick of marg in baking dish grabbed an onion and laid slices of it atop 3-4 slices of bacon. Then laid my fillets on there with plenty of fresh cracked pepper. Splatter fillets in peppersauce (5-6 drops per) then dabbed Cajun marinade on. Snipped some fresh dill on it and gave it a liberal dose of cajun spices.
Baked at 375 for 30 min, that was just right.
