Don't Throw Out Leftover Fried Fish

Take them leftover fillets and mix with mayo and sweet pickle
relish makes a great fish salad!

I'm not wasting any fish. I eat it all.

Eat my leftovers cold with La hot sauce or DonG's Jalapeno jelly.

I like mine cold the next day for lunch.

If i was to attempt to throw away any left over fish, a broken arm would be the result, always cook enough for wife to eat later.--shu

Fish Dip....Mix with your favorite chip dip. It's good on crackers for a snack.

Cold leftover fish for lunch rules! I fry an extra bag of fillets every time just for a few lunches. Sprinkle 'em with onion salt -- it's excellent.
