    Default Spice it up!!

Not crappie and not even fish but I make a lot of brittle during the holidays. Mostly pecan and black walnut brittle. I made a batch of pecan brittle and cut up 3 jalapenos and put in it. Let me just say that it is delicious!!! Hard to walk past it without grabbing a handful. I highly recommend it!!

I use cayenne pepper and cinnamon with my pecan candies. As you said the Heat pairs very well with sweet pecan candies.
