Bear ham! Massachusetts has a bear season and we live near some of the best hunting areas. My buddy does a killer job of making these. It's his own brine modified over the years and then smokes it on a Yoder YS480. Everyone that's ever tried it has been blown away.
I can't take the credit on this one, I just heated it up. We made some roasted vegetables and some leftover potatoes au-gratin mama made the other day.
