sprinkle olive oil over fresh broccoli dust with Tony’s creole
bake at 400 22 minutes and enjoy. Think me later if you like brocolli!

It looks perfectly cooked. I like to peel the stalks and cook them too. There is a certain color I'm shooting for when cooking Broccoli and you're spot on. Since it cooks so fast I usually have a hot off the stove sauce to top with.

We roast veggies like that all the time, one of my favorites is brussel sprouts halved, copious amounts of garlic halved, olive oil and seasoning. Usually just salt pepper and red pepper flake but WE do mix it up with other spices as well. Cauliflower is awesome too.

try zucchini sliced super thin long ways and put them on a lightly olive oiled baking sheet
sprinkle garlic powder and parmesan cheese on them and broil them a bit till the cheese browns
