    Kinda the same way we eat Crappie Tacos sometimes, we do like the crunchy fried fillets more I would say. Interesting the way she cooks the fillets. The same slaw though with a dressing, fresh grated cheese, and some sour cream too. We prefer the soft tortillas too for Crappie tacos.

    interesting I suppose , but not my speed is my guess .....
    I just couldn't bring myself to ruin some beautiful crappie filets in a pan like that for sure , just saying
    sum kawl me tha outlaw ketchn whales
