I'm still learning how to make & handle pizza crusts. Back to a thick crust Pan Pizza today.
Thick Crust, still the same sauce but I added 1Tbls Granulated Garlic (Home Run), both cheeses as before but heavier Italian cheese on the edge, fresh sliced purple onion, fresh thick sliced mushrooms (Don't Look SuperDave!), Canadian Bacon, and Primedella Sandwich Pepperoni for the finish.
When I sliced this Pizza with a 20in blade kitchen knife the Crust sang out with "CRUNCH"
Super perfect crust, crunch, chew, and of course Flavor!
I put it to the pencil and I'm about $5 per pizza average, this one has extra toppings.
