We went over to Bon Temps' house yesterday to eat Crawfish with our local group of Crappie Anglers & Friends. After things closed down Bon Temps sent us home with some outstanding leftovers. His boil is the Bomb so when He went back for Sausage, Corn, Potatoes, & Mushrooms I got excited. A plan was already forming on their demise.

I got the sides out this morning and sliced them up, cut the corn off the cob, and warmed everything up in a bowl while my wife cooked Hashbrowns & eggs.

Once She was done and assembly was required I pulled some Frank's Red Hot out to dress my plate with. I didn't take a picture after adding the Frank's as I attacked my plate. Good Food! Oh, that's some of the last quart of fresh squeezed OJ from our Valencia Orange tree. Other than Limes & Lemons our Citrus is done till September.
