The fillets were piling up in the fridge. Since I was the only one eating I cooked enough fried to have fish sandwiches in a couple of days. Fish sandwiches topped with fried shrimp! Anyway did a double coat on these for extra quality holding of the leftovers in the fridge.

Egg wash with Buttermilk, trying different liquid seafood boil seasonings as a flavor booster. Today's was Louisiana Brand Liquid Boil seasoning. Stronger Clove flavor than others I tried but still a good flavor boost to the fried fillets.

Had leftover boiled shrimp so had to peel a few to dip in some Cocktail Sauce. No starch so I was hungry again in a few hours.
