The kid wanted shrimp and hush puppies

I wanted a few of the crappie I filleted from yesterdays KABOOM
so out came some shake and bake ready to go pups and shrimp from the freezer and they met up on a big cookie sheet with said we breaded up fresh crappie filets and got all baked up nice and crispy at the same time ......
my crappie fell into some tortillas with all the fixings (cept shredded cheese) silly me got all anxious looking at them and ate them before I realized I forgot the cheese .....
darn it right ......
mmmmmm really tasty are the words in this case
p.s. that is homemade ranch on them nice crispy filets , not sour cream , just an fyi ...
