Sausage Simplicity Sideways Sliders

toss that pecan and oak wood in that ole wore out smoker ....
get it burning well ....
as it dies down , get em ready ....
open said vacuum sealed packages up ...
take out the desired quantity ....
toss on the grill ....
turn them frequently over a blazing bed of coals ....
try to not crack them skins much or blacken them much ....
roast em like ya mean it .....
on to a bun after they rest a tad bit , with maybe a tad of mayo .....
sideways slice said concoction carefully and ....
BINGO BONGO time is here ....
sometimes the simplest things on the fire are just magic ....
so there ya have it ,,,,sideways sausage sliders ,,,, ranch style ,,,,
and NO a beer or 3 is not required , but it helps ....
