    Everglades products are made here in Sebring Fl.
    They are very popular and can be found here on the spice shelves at places like Publix and Wall Mart.
    You can also order direct, and they will ship it to you.
    I see no reason why you couldnt create your own mix by just using their seasoning if you so desire.
    I use their seasoning all the time in many of the things i cook.
    But for me just plain corn meal and hot oil in a cast iorn pan works well for fish.
    But thats just one opinion.

    Fish plus grease is just good eats. I use Everglades seasoning on everything including my house breading which is equal parts flour, corn meal and Panko but I wanted to try their breading and they knocked it out of the park.
