Thread: Leftover Poorboys and Standing Pineapple Ring Cake

I love a good Air Fryer. I put the leftovers in one of our Air Fryers and reheated the leftovers like right out of the fryer while maintaining a very good taste. After reheating I made a 4 Slab Fillet Poorboy topped with Fried Bell Pepper rings. I should have take a picture from the side after putting the sandwich together because it was so tall I could not bite all the way thru it.



For dessert My wife made a Standing Ring Pineapple Upside Down Cake. This cake is loaded with the pineapple juice, pudding, heavy cream, pineapple rings, and Maraschino cherries.



The cherries are used to hold the pineapple slices upright while you pour in the cake batter. It is fantastic.
