Crappie and bell peppers.
My first attempt at the peppers, my kitchen assistant had a failure to communicate and cut them into wedges instead of rings. But they were still fine! Thanks Rojo!
And, it doesn’t get any more north Mississippi country than this - homemade pepper sauce in a golden eagle syrup jar
I like a spoonful over my fish.
