I have been attempting to cut my recipe sizes down to a single helping. Most of the time they take on a life of their own and there are plenty of leftovers. Wife had cooked fettuccine noodles the day before. Coming home after a 12 hour shift I needed something quick and easy to make. I took the fajita meat we had in the fridge, browned it off in some beef tallow, added heavy cream and parm cheese, spiced it heavily, and added in the noodles to warm.
Hearty and rich. It certainly hit the spot
