    I played around a bit this time with the recipe I have. Went higher on the proportion of Parmesan versus bread crumbs. Not a fan of my decision, but that’s how I learn. Put a really light dusting of Tony C creole on them too, cause well, it’s good on everything A portion of yesterdays grocery shopping
    I noticed the wifey was in penny pincher mode when she picked me up some more bread crumbs. I will be rectifying that before doing this again. Not the place to scrimp.
