Rojoguio, you wanted sides - we went all out with my better half’s oven roasted cheesy potatoes, and some seasoned butter beans prepared by Ms Margaret Holmes. She is an excellent cook, though not well known. You may have heard of her brother John. He was a famous actor.

One of the main ingredients was really hard to find, kind of like Purina Lion Chow - we had to order it.
And of course, I went the full chock variation with heavy cream subbed for part of the half-n-half
