Been on a quest for the perfect chilli dog.
Been scouring the net for a great chilli recipe. Growing up the Dixie Dog from Conel Dixie was the best. Then a the Dew Drop Inn had an awesome dog with a toasted bun. Landed on an Oil rig to do some electrical work and the cook as he called himself went to apologizing about cooking chilli dogs for lunch. Chef as I called him made one fine chilli dog.
