Rojo is to blame for sure .....just saying
a few veggies in the cast iron until soft , tossed in some ready to eat still frozen salad shrimp and let them defrost with a few tosses in the warm veggies in the skillet , got out a few soft tortillas and microwaved em a second or 3 , dressed them with sour cream,avacado,cheese ....some salsa verde after the image capture, and then .....it was lunchtime in Texas ....
might have been up to 15 minutes to prep and consume total time frame ....![]()
