Sorry for the late reply but slab and Jack shared the recipe. It sure is a good one and I might fix it again tonight. I’d like to find a simple recipe for fish cakes or fish tacos.

Had it last night and a left over piece filled my lunchtime sandwich. Delicious! My family really likes it, too.
