Rainy day Smoked Shotgun Shells
Manicotti noodles, ground sausage of choice, I used Tennessee Pride Mild Breakfast, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Montreal Steak seasoning, bacon and bbq sauce of choice.
Mixed sausage, cheeses and seasoning in stand mixer. I have a jerky cannon that works perfect to stuff the pasta with meat mixture. Wrap in bacon and refrigerate overnight for best results, no less than probably 6 hours, it makes a difference I promise.
Preheat smoker to 250 and smoke for about 2 hours. Mop with bbq sauce, 15 more minutes, and enjoy.
