One of my crew members at work was a chef in Guatemala before he came to the USA.
Brought these to our thanksgiving party at work .
Called them “ Enchiladas “ ....
Very tasty and not very spicy
All made from scratch
And the meat concoction was pork if I understood him well
Sometimes we don’t even understand his Spanish or his English either![]()
