Thread: side wall blowout !

tried to modify the stuffed cheese bread venue .
this go I tried to "roll" it up with the cheese inside rather than folding it like last time
what occured was that apparently my side wall was a bit thin and the bread sort of bulged on one side and .....
KABOOM went the side wall .....
took it out to see if it was repairable and to be sure nope , tried a tummy tuck surgery move to no avail and then put her back in to finish up however it might be ....
no worries it ate really well , just looked pretty not pretty during the cooking part on that side , that hernia was not so bad if you looked at the other side of the bread ....
such is all that there experimental cooking ,,,with an emphasis on the "mental" part
