just terribly hard to beat on the table all warm with melted butter brushed over the top as a finish, but to be as sure, if you add a few crumbles of cheddar to the mix it becomes a more of a move over so I can get another one thing right quick like
Sure are super easy to make , never knew how easy until I tried a batch a few months ago.
Our recipe is easy ...
1.5 cups all purpose flour
a tsp of kosher salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 oz. cold butter
3/4 cup of whole milk
whisk the dry ingredients together, cut in the hard butter until it is all crumbles and then add the milk and mix .
drop them on a baking pan and into a 400 preheated oven for 20 minutes .....
mmmmmm , the cheese is optional , this batch was my first cheesy batch ....
