Lol, it’s all good Snakebit. Thanks again.
What does this air fryer look like or is it a griddle? And a smash burger? Lol! Sorry I'm lost on that one. Thanks
My internet is down right now or I would attach a picture. Blackstone is a griddle but they have a model with an air fryer on it. It’s pretty cool the baskets are underneath the top griddle plate and slide out like drawers.
Robot or human?

You have the same kind of luck I have. I would make them price match it to the new price

I checked into it and they allow 7 days but I would have to return it then buy another and I don’t want to mess with having to load unload load unload it again. It’s heavy for one person to lift and I’ve already been lifting a ton this week because of floors being redone. Oh well win some lose some.

Go buy another one. Wait a day and return the one you bought with the old receipt. May not be worth the time and gas to return for $100 plus tax
I’m just not going to worry about it at this point. I’m just glad I got one. Hopefully next week I can assemble and start burning food….. I mean using it…lol

Have fun
WooHoo, have Internet again and our floors almost done. I can almost smell the bacon.
Never know how much you miss the internet until it is out for a while
I have a 3 burner camp chef stove. I bought it to can tomato juice. The camp chef has several attachments like a grill top box, griddle, and a pizza oven. Just a thought if you like to maybe boil crawfish or other uses. It will boil 4-5 gallons of cold tap water in around 14minutes..Just a thought if you want something that will multi task or just one unit. The burners are 30,000 btu each. Just a thought.
That will get it done
I have a 36" Blackstone, a Rectec 700 Bull pellet grill, and a standalone air fryer. Combo units "can" work okay but I've always found to get purpose built equipment over combos if you can afford it and have the space. My pellet grill is pretty much just a smoker, my Blackstone cant fry anything, my air fryer is quick and easy to cleanup... but truly I need a charcoal or gas grill for quick sear foods. The popularity of griddles these days has spurred the manufacture of many brands of griddles. I am sure they all work well.
The sear burner on some of the gas grills are really nice. I believe they make a sear burner to go onto most pellet grills. It bolts to the side and hooks to a propane bottle. I considered one of those. Wife wanted a gas grill to we got one of those with the sear burner
I was going to do an update to this. I assembled the 36" Blackstone Air Fryer combo this last week and seasoned it Sunday. I sliced my finger good on the air fryer baskets. The stamped out metal is sharp. They should have done something to those edges before selling it like that. The paper towels I used left small pieces everywhere on the griddle top. Read to use the blue shop towels since they are thicker and hopefully won't do this. If those don't work then I will get some cotton towels for the job. I seasoned it for almost 2 hrs and I still don't have the black griddle top. Should be using it this week sometime after I get the paper towel bits cleaned off and something to cook on it. Probably grilled cheese or cheese quesadilla for my girls....lol
Most recommended bacon as the first cook. I certainly helps season an iron skillet.
I used almost the whole container that Blackstone sells for seasoning. Seen somewhere the say don't season with meat oil use a plant based oil. I think it is mainly palm oil and canola oil based. But bacon will be on there this weekend I hope and many many more times.
Stop Using Bacon Grease To Season A New Griddle: Here's Why
Takes time to build a layer of seasoning up. Animal fats could go rancide if left on there a d not cured.
Correct, none of them are really going to turn all the way black until you start cooking on them.
Ok had my mom coming over to get my girls so my wife and I could get stuff done today. Invited her for breakfast and my first cook on the griddle. I think I didn’t have the gas valve opened all the way when I did the seasoning because it was hotter for this cook. I did hash browns, bacon, sausage, peppers and onions, eggs and biscuits in the air fryer. Had heat to high and blackened some items and biscuits maybe went to long. Learning curve but overall not to bad for first cook. Easy way to cook lots of food quickly. Think I’m really going to enjoy it. Sorry no pics it got a little crazy with everyone out there and then everyone ready to eat.
A fella can certainly have a lot of things to keep an eye on with that much cooking area
I just found this thread. Interesting. Looks like I'm the only one using a Blue Rhino Razur flat top griddle.

Just heard of another brand griddle the other day, Even Embers. I love my Blackstone and happy I decided on it.
There are many different brands out there.
That's a new one to me. Glad you like the Blackstone. I use mine a lot. It's the 3rd year now.

Yup first I had heard of that brand too. So far I'm using the Blackstone every chance I get which is mostly the weekends.
I believe that is a brand of grills and such at Tractor Supply
Yes they sell them at Tractor Supply
Saw a Cuisinart at Tractor supply. It was full sized. Folded down so you could roll it around like a dolly. Pretty neat one.
Yes I've seen those.
