I’m already working towards that now. I have concrete patio scheduled to be poured and had patio furniture delivered yesterday. Soon after the concrete gets done I will get a blackstone griddle. I’m thinking about the air fryer model.

Looks awesome. All of the sudden this can of BBQ Vienna Sausages with Ritz Crackers kickin' just isn't cuttin' it.
It's cool, damp, and rainy here. I believe it's a pretty good oyster stew day... yep, oyster stew is goin' on the stove now.

we get bags and bags of them lil golden babies for free on these here local give food away stops
wife has now gotten her name on the free food list and goes once a month , no requirements need to be met .
just show up and they load one month's worth of great eats in you trunk ....
love frying them up in the am with some onions myself .....mmmmm yum

Put down some kind or mat underneath the griddle, they do splatter quite a bit. Some of the guys at work have horror stories about concrete and decking stains from it.
