That sounds pretty good. My next one will be ground beef, bread crumbs, diced jalapenos, and likely some shredded cheese. I will have to cook something less spicy for the wife

You can add taco seasoning too mixed in with the beef, diced jalapeños, onion, cracker or bread crumbs, cook and then garnish with cilantro, green onion and taco blend cheese.

Love smoking Meatloaf, gives it a great a great flavor.

With meatloaf gotta have mashed taters and green beans w onions n bacon! That smoked meatloaf looks excellent.
