tough fish

to beat on the table ,fried up all golden in a predominantly corn meal coating
kept a few a week or so ago and cut them into manageable pcs. and cast ironed them a bit .
a bit of slaw / kale salad on the side with a side of fresh green beans and .....
sure did make me look like a whale when I backed off the table
good simple stuff is sometimes just what the doctor ordered
been invited to go to a big fish fry this afternoon , will see how his turns out .
we been adding to his pile of fillets this week and it seems he has a herd to fry up .
we be bringing the slaw , stay tuned
